Wind at different altitude is already available in Windy. Use the Altitude slider to get an overall view of wind at different levels. Locally see Sounding forecast and Airgram.
But note that weather models can’t give a very good estimate of wind in mountains. Due to their resolution, they cannot accurately forecast the wind along a cliff.
