No windy widget in the list

Hi,
I reinstalled Android on my tablet. Now I tried to add the widget but no windy widget appears in the list of widgets.
Does anybody have an idea what the reason could be? I did not find a similar post yet.

Hi, as @Korina mentioned reinstalling could help. Also make sure the application is not on your SD card.
