Compass pointer is wrong

In portrait mode, my compass pointer is off by about 90 degrees counterclockwise.
In landscape mode, it is off by 180 degrees.
Compasses on all my other apps work fine.

If you talk about the small blue arrow with a blue dot, just forget it, it does not show any precise direction.
