Windy Samsung Watch
-
I was just wondering if there are any plans to create a Windy app connection for other smart watches. For instance the Samsung or even the Google watches?
-
@Edward-Green Yes, it is in our plan for the future.

For me, Windy is something new, but I think it's a really cool idea and very convenient to use, especially on the watch

it would be great to have this app on my phone
Windy.com as mobile app is already available on phones !.

The Galaxy Watch 4 Wear app allows me to add three different tiles for Windy weather, but they all say "Can not load forecast". Is there something I need to do? Will it start working at some point?

@ghebb Hi. Have you tried uninstalling and installing the app again? Basically on the first launch the watch should be connected to your phone. Make sure GPS is enabled on both devices. Also make sure you are connected to the internet. After this here are some steps to make it work:
- Launch the application.
- On the first launch you should see a location permission popup. Make sure you grant location permissions to Windy app.
- Click on Forecast or Radar button -> this should load forecast data for your location.
- Add tiles.
