How to change account email?

Hi @frankofamerica do you want to change the email used in Fastspring, which is used for informing you about your subscription, or your Windy account?

I followed instructions on the app, to DELETE account due to email change.
Started new account, with new email address, new ID Name, but found that the profile listed the old email address, which now CANNOT be “changed” following guidance on app.
Now email change is NOT ALLOWED due to my new email and ID “do not match”!!
CANNOT DELETE either!!
App indicates we can contact admin via “info[at]windy.com”.
Tried that. Email systems insist it is “invalid email” despite using “@“ in correct location.
No FAQ on this topic! 😳👨🏼🦳🤷🏼♂️
Help is welcome.

@Clare-0 Hello, we have never indicated to delete your account to change the email. Your email can be easily changed in your profile.
You can contact us at info[@]windy.com, obviously you need to exclude the brackets.
