How to Enter Coordinates Manually

I have a genera question. If I type in the following string manually:
36°39'33.4"N 121°36'41.9"WI type that line in & Windy does not find the location. I then go to Google & type that string in and it finds it. I copy & paste that same string from the Google result & Windy finds the location. Why am I not just able to type in the string manually in Windy?

Do you try to enter these coordinates in the mobile app or on the browser version?
Same as you, I can’t enter directly the coordinates in DMS format on my mobile devices, phone or tablet.
I guess it is because the prime symbols ‘ and “ are not correctly “understood” as minutes and seconds on mobile devices.
On desktop / laptop it works for me when using a real keyboard.So I use these DMS coordinates from this post
And I modify the figures only and copy / paste them into the search bar. -
The format of the coordinates you're typing in may be incorrect or incompatible with the search engine used by Windy. Copying and pasting the coordinates from Google may ensure that they are in the correct format for Windy's search engine to locate the location.
