Don't receipt fastspring invoice

Good morning,
I have changed the email assign to my account.
After that, I tryed to get the invoice or the instruction to get it but I don't receipt any email by fastspring system.
Also I have tryed with both emails that I changed in windy page but I don't get the message.
Can you tell me how to get the invoice, please?
