How to recover your Windy Premium (FastSpring)

Below is a simple manual on how to restore your Windy Premium subscription purchased on a desktop or in a mobile browser.
Please follow these steps:
1. Go to the desktop/mobile browser and log in with your Windy account
2. Open the subscription offer window (e.g. click on the 1h forecast button in the detail of a certain location)
3. Click on 'Restore purchases'
3. On the next page, insert the subscription Order Reference code, which you will find in your mailbox. The format is WINDYxxxxxx-xxxx-xxxxx.
If this results in an error, contact us at support@windy.com, and please prepare your Order Reference ID, which is stated in the order confirmation email, or your email associated with the purchase.
How to know your Windy Premium is active?
If you successfully linked your account with Premium, you will see the "Premium" badge on your profile.

I bought this subscription on my computer. I thought it would be accessible on my ipad and/or phone, but I can't figure out how.

@idefix37 how do I fix the account email. I use the windy app on my android and it is connected to my Gmail account. Can I change this in my purchase? It was done today.

I think you need to logout on the phone app and then login with credentials used for purchase. -
@Sovereign-Roger Do you still have an issue with your Premium? I see you are logged into your Premium account at the moment. If you want to change your email, you can do that in your account settings in Windy.

@grifon69 Which service did you use for the purchase? Fastspring (on desktop), Google Play or AppStore (mobile devices)?

I signed up for premium on desktop browser. I can't "restore purchase" on my mobile device. I get an error message stating "we didn't find purchases..." I have the same Google account on both devices.

@SteveLoebs We use different services for subscription management on the phone and desktop. So if you purchase a subscription on one device, the same device must be used to assign the Premium to an account.
Then, when this process is done, you can use the Premium plan on all devices since it is already connected to your account.

@Serg-Papshev What exactly you don't understand? I see your account is already a Premium one, so you should have access to Premium services on the device you are using to send these messages here.

@Serg-Papshev If you have Windy.com with the red icon in your mobile device, you should be able to login with the same email and password without a necessity to do anything else.
