How to recover your Windy Premium (FastSpring)

I tried your recovery method and entered my correct order reference number and it rejected it. Now what? I can't find a customer support number.

This recovery manual did not work. It said recovery failed and told me to read the instructions again. Please fix this or refund my money. How do I reach a person? I have my receipt, my order number but I can't access my premium account.

I cannot find my email with Premium Subscription information and Windy does not show up in my Google Account Subscriptions.
However, we can see the Premium Subscription on the iPhone and iPad, but not the Android or Chrome browser PC.
How do I get the benefit of my Premium Subscription on our onboard devices?

@wjgreene Hi, if you see your Premium on your iOS devices, please check user info screen in these apps. Since that account is most likely connected to your Premium.

I have got a premium but on my iphone it will not show in the app???

You are a Premium user, so you can get it in your mobile app, the one with the red logo and not the blue one.

Have now transferred money to Fastsping for the fourth time three times in 2023 (two of which got the money back again) and made another attempt yesterday and still no Windy Premium and also no code received in mailbox am done with it now.

@peter-gutmann If you want to cancel your subscription, purchase via AppStore or Google Play, you have to handle that on your own in these stores. If you purchase subscription in browser via Fastspring, you can access your subscription management here on this link.

I have just purchased Windy Premium on my PC. I then logged in on my phone using the same email and password. I went through the process described. When I clicked on "Restore purchases" I was informed there were no purchases to restore.
Currently, I've paid but can't use the service.

I try to enter but "login failed. Invalid email or password". Instead they are correct.

@Villa-Acireale-Pool-Apartment I edited your message, since anyone can't use the reference number for their own purposes.
However, to pair Premium, follow these steps:- Go to the desktop and log in with your Windy account
- Open the subscription offer window (e.g., click on the 1h forecast button in the detail of a specific location)
- Click on 'Restore purchases
- On the next page, insert the subscription Order Reference code that you have in the invoice (format WINDY123456-1234-12345)
