        @John-Salden Hi, I see that all attempts were not successfully finished, so I contacted Fastspring for further info. I will keep you posted.

                  @peter-gutmann If you want to cancel your subscription, purchase via AppStore or Google Play, you have to handle that on your own in these stores. If you purchase subscription in browser via Fastspring, you can access your subscription management here on this link.

                    I have just purchased Windy Premium on my PC. I then logged in on my phone using the same email and password. I went through the process described. When I clicked on "Restore purchases" I was informed there were no purchases to restore.

                    Currently, I've paid but can't use the service.

                      I try to enter but "login failed. Invalid email or password". Instead they are correct.

                        @Villa-Acireale-Pool-Apartment I edited your message, since anyone can't use the reference number for their own purposes.
                        However, to pair Premium, follow these steps:

                        1. Go to the desktop and log in with your Windy account
                        2. Open the subscription offer window (e.g., click on the 1h forecast button in the detail of a specific location)
                        3. Click on 'Restore purchases
                        4. On the next page, insert the subscription Order Reference code that you have in the invoice (format WINDY123456-1234-12345)

                          Ho fatto già dallo scorso anno scorso la sottoscrizione annuale con il mio indirizzo sandro.vasarri@gmail.com ma non ho mai ricevuto alcuna mail da fast spring con il codice WINDY...... Ora mi è arrivata dall'indirizzo

                              It is really strange because the Premium badge shown here near your user name means your are premium user.
                              Try to log out and in.

                                      Pourquoi dites-vous que vous ne pouvez pas vous en servir ?
