I have just purchased Windy Premium on my PC. I then logged in on my phone using the same email and password. I went through the process described. When I clicked on "Restore purchases" I was informed there were no purchases to restore.
Currently, I've paid but can't use the service.

I try to enter but "login failed. Invalid email or password". Instead they are correct.

@Villa-Acireale-Pool-Apartment I edited your message, since anyone can't use the reference number for their own purposes.
However, to pair Premium, follow these steps:- Go to the desktop and log in with your Windy account
- Open the subscription offer window (e.g., click on the 1h forecast button in the detail of a specific location)
- Click on 'Restore purchases
- On the next page, insert the subscription Order Reference code that you have in the invoice (format WINDY123456-1234-12345)

Ho fatto già dallo scorso anno scorso la sottoscrizione annuale con il mio indirizzo sandro.vasarri@gmail.com ma non ho mai ricevuto alcuna mail da fast spring con il codice WINDY...... Ora mi è arrivata dall'indirizzo

It is really strange because the Premium badge shown here near your user name means your are premium user.
Try to log out and in. -
I made the payment on february 21 with paypal

Jai acheté cet abonement prémium l'année dernière et n'ai pus m'en servir car incapable de le restaurer . J'essai encore une fois cette année.

I have the same problem. I am signed in but the premium features don't work. When trying to sign in again, a window pops up but disappears immediatly. No chance to click on anything nor writing in any of the fields...
