I have the same problem. I am signed in but the premium features don't work. When trying to sign in again, a window pops up but disappears immediatly. No chance to click on anything nor writing in any of the fields...

I got no email. I checked there is nothing in Junk box too.Please advice. thanks

@ckpower You made a purchase on Fastspring with email address su****te@haii.or.th, so you need to access your subscription management with this one.

HI —I renewed premium account on April 3rd. 2024.

I renewed premium on April 3, manually. Now it wants ti auto-bill me for the same thing April 8th.

@aucoingc Hi there, I see you have active subscription, purchased on AppStore last week (April 3, 2024). That subscription should be auto-renewed next year, so it is possible that you have another active subscription. Can you share any more info about this planned auto-bill?

@ckpower Then I would recommend to wait for cancellation and you can made a purchase with your new email address.
I can cancel it with your renewal date, so it is easier for you.

I had to get a new computer. I am 70 and not a tech savvy person. I have a premium account and am frustrated with your recovery BS instructions. Fix it or return my money.

How can I update the email associated with my account? I utilize the Windy app on my Android device, and it's linked to my Gmail. Is it possible to modify this in my recent purchase made today?

Bonjour, apparemment votre compte est actif et vous êtes abonné Premium comme le montre le badge à côté de votre nom d’utilisateur.
Vous devez donc bénéficier de tous les avantages premium. Est-ce bien le cas ? -
