        I had to get a new computer. I am 70 and not a tech savvy person. I have a premium account and am frustrated with your recovery BS instructions. Fix it or return my money.

                How can I update the email associated with my account? I utilize the Windy app on my Android device, and it's linked to my Gmail. Is it possible to modify this in my recent purchase made today?

                  Bonjour, apparemment votre compte est actif et vous êtes abonné Premium comme le montre le badge à côté de votre nom d’utilisateur.
                  Vous devez donc bénéficier de tous les avantages premium. Est-ce bien le cas ?

                              Hello, I have a problem with premium Windy. I bought the premium for the mobile version and by mistake I bought the premium for the desktop again and now it says on the desktop that I already have the paid version. How can I cancel the last payment and merge everything into the same account? Thank you

                                        hi, I paid for a premium account in the app through Google play and I still don't have a premium account active in the app, so I can't use the features.

                                          I cannot access Premium because you have connected my account to the wrong email address - it should be k.spours@ucl.ac.uk and not ken.spours@googlemail.com.
