      When I was making payment, it showed "Sorry, your order cannot be accepted at the moment. We attach great importance to your order and are willing to assist you in completing it. Please contact us for help." What is the reason for this? How can I complete the payment?

            Hello, I have a problem with premium Windy. I bought the premium for the mobile version and by mistake I bought the premium for the desktop again and now it says on the desktop that I already have the paid version. How can I cancel the last payment and merge everything into the same account? Thank you

                      hi, I paid for a premium account in the app through Google play and I still don't have a premium account active in the app, so I can't use the features.

                          @kenspours Hi there, you always can change your email in your account. However, if you have troubles with accessing your Premium assigned to ken.spours@googlemail.com, then please let me know.

                              @AWFREO You should be able to turn them on in the menu of the app. It depends on the device you use.

J'ai changé pour mechantillac@ecomail.fr (adresse enregistrée dans mon profil Windy). Mais je n'arrive pas à renouveler mon abonnement avec cette adresse. Comment faire ?

                                    Windy PRO is the subscription to an app called windy.app with a blue logo. This app has no connection with windy.com with a red logo. So windy.com can’t do anything for you.

                                        Dobrý den,
                                        původní kreditní karta, se kterou platby probíhaly OK, je již stará, zadal jsem tedy novou kartu, windy pak vyvolalo transakci na zaplacení 0 (USD myslím) . Je to mastercard od RB, s kterou běžně platím. Transakce na zaplacení nulové částky dopadla z pohledu RB dobře ale windy napsalo, že karta byla zamítnuta. V bankovnictví RB jsem transakci nenašel, tak mě napadlo, že problém by mohl být v nulové částce, volal jsem do RB a tam mi operátor řekl, že možná je to tím, ale že to musí ověřit a dá mi zprávu, kterou dodnes nedal.
                                        Nyní když stisknu Opravit platební metody (abych se podíval, jaké možnosti to ještě nabízí), tak se zobrazí bílá stránka pouze s nápisem site-not-available (stránka https://windy.onfastspring.com/account).
                                        Pokud odpovědi zde čtete a můžete něco poradit, prosím poraďte.

                                          @Selwyn-Richards If you want to cancel your subscription, purchased via AppStore or Google Play, you have to handle that on your own in these stores. If you purchase subscription in browser via Fastspring, you can access your subscription management here on this link.

                                            @Martin-Volný Dobrý den, mohl byste to zkusit ještě jednou ten odkaz? Měli jsme včera nějaké technické problémy s Fastspringem, které by už měly být v pořádku.
