You said my premium subscription was expiring. Your website would not accept any account management input nor nor payment methods. Now you say my premium subscription has expired. Oh well I guess i will find an alternative service. one day you might get it figured out.

@Peter-Douglas Hi, we offer direct link to subscription management under Fastspring.com, which we use for this service, when we inform users that their subscription is expiring. Did you try to access it?

I wish to renew my subscription. After filling the email here https://windy.onfastspring.com/account .
I got no email.
I checked there is nothing in Junk box too.Please advice. thanks

I would cancel your subscription today, since it will automatically end in two days and you can purchase a new subscription with a new email address.
