@mark-stump Hi, we are aware that NOAA had certain issues with their satellite data, that they send to us, but it should be okay now.

This does not work. You have to be able to log in to your account. When I log in it says it can't connect and to try later. So what do I do now. -
Dear Sir/Madame,
I’m having trouble renewing my subscription. I try to change my cc number and always receive a message that the method was not accepted. I had already contacted my bank and they told that’s all’s ok, but the problem is still there. Could somebody help wto solve the problem?

Can't add another credit card top my account. The old one has exprired, now I can't renew my subcsribtion. FastSpring is not woprking well, unfortunately
