      Can't add another credit card top my account. The old one has exprired, now I can't renew my subcsribtion. FastSpring is not woprking well, unfortunately

        I just was advised you will update my premium ac w windy. I days notice. ??

        I have never been able to use or access premium so you can cancel by premium re subscription.

            @Suty It seems you have charged me for 2023 and 2024 when I was unable to access it, probably not even aware I didnt have it. .
            You really need to do something about your system, I don't think Fastspring (whatever that is) is working for you or your customers. I have cancelled further subscriptions but it looks like Ive paid for 25, which I will keep for now since I spent so much time to get it up. But that will be the last. Shame because it's a good product.

                画面の下にある日にちと曜日。
                左から2日間は表示されますが、残りはすべて日にちのみの表示なります。1日のマウスの位置での時間表示も正しくありません。以前、プレミアムが消えたときになかなか復元されなかったのでログアウトするのに不安があります。
                どうにかそちらで修正してもらえないでしょうか。

                  @Aka_OCEANUS Hi, can you share any screenshots of that issue you mentioned with the mouse movement? We adjusted the new timeline to hide days and show only a date with a display getting more narrow.

                      @Teis5199 HI, if you talk about your localization on the map, then it is possible that your laptop uses IP address to locate you, which is not that accurate as GPS. But GPS is usually not available in the laptop devices.

                          You paid for Premium, but then did you “Restore purchases” ? i.e. more clearly, did you activate your subscription

                                hola,gracias ,, cuando porngo restaura, no me manda a ningun lugar,, bno me abre el cuadro donde cargar mi num,erto de transaccion..
                                si alguine de windy lo hiciera por mi,, en mi sistema,, no me permite,, algo hice mal seguramente,,
                                el mail de compora es el mismo que el usuario..

                                        Pourquoi me proposer et me faire payer un nouvel abonnement ???

                                            你好,我去年购买的会员时间到期了,本想继续购买会员,发现今年你们购买付款的方式变更了。要知道在中国很多人是没有使用信用卡的习惯的,付款的方式都是支付宝或者微信,再着或是储蓄卡,很少数人使用信用卡支付!请问你们的经销商或者代理商不做营销调查吗?去年中国地区还能用支付宝支付,今年为什么取消了?期待你们的回复!
