How to recover your Windy Premium (FastSpring)

I signed up for premium on desktop browser. I can't "restore purchase" on my mobile device. I get an error message stating "we didn't find purchases..." I have the same Google account on both devices.

@SteveLoebs We use different services for subscription management on the phone and desktop. So if you purchase a subscription on one device, the same device must be used to assign the Premium to an account.
Then, when this process is done, you can use the Premium plan on all devices since it is already connected to your account.

@Serg-Papshev What exactly you don't understand? I see your account is already a Premium one, so you should have access to Premium services on the device you are using to send these messages here.

@Serg-Papshev If you have Windy.com with the red icon in your mobile device, you should be able to login with the same email and password without a necessity to do anything else.

Bonjour, l’application mobile avec un logo bleu n’a strictement rien à voir avec le site et l’application Windy qui présentent un logo rouge. Ils n’ont que le nom en commun.
Puisque vous avez souscrit à Premium et que vous en bénéficiez sur note telephone, il vous suffit de vous connecter sur votre ordinateur avec les mêmes identifiants, e-mail et mot de passe. -

Why do you need a download link for your PC? You just need to connect windy.com. And then log in with the same account credentials. -
@Debbie-Bebington Hi, as @idefix37 said, we don't offer any desktop app, that can be installed on your computer. We provide a web app, that can be accessed in a browser, or mobile app on Android and iOS devices.

I can't enter the Windy code on Iphone 13 because it doesn't show the right window. Apple inform that it wasn't bougt via Apple Store.

The manual was very helpful. However, one thing should be made clearer. I signed up using the browser on a mobile phone, not the app store. Eventually I realized that I needed to follow the “desktop” instructions.
