How to recover your Windy Premium (FastSpring)

@Kaspars-Alsbergs Okay, so you probably had active subscription from Fastspring, which will be renewed and you are informed about this in email.
Can you please share the email address, where you received the email info about the renewal? Also, if you have purchase via Fastspring, and you want to assign the Premium with restore purchases button, you need to handle it on the desktop in the browser, not the mobile app on your iOS device.

I'm trying to renew my subscription but it keeps rejecting all my payment cards that work for other purchases. It did not renew automaticly as it should Do you have any advice? Matea -

Pour l’instant vous êtes toujours abonné puisque le badge Premium apparaît à côté de votre nom d’utilisateur.
En fait pour accéder à Premium sur votre nouvel ordinateur il suffisait de vous connecter en utilisant le même e-mail et mot de passe que sur votre ordinateur précédent. Avez-vous essayé ? -

There is an alternative. When using a browser version of Windy, the payment is handled by Paddle. In any browser, go to https://www.windy.com/subscription

I have one problem trying to get this lined out has not been working. On My Cell Phone it will not show that I have PAID FOR PREMIUM WINDY. Every time I open the Windy App. it keeps asking Me if I want to upgrade to Premium. I've tried many things nothing works. Please tell Me how to resolve this asap.

I can't log in to my account when your website doesn't even have a login option displayed.! No message or indication that you are having problems with your site....just locking my screen with no weather changes and totally no ability to login to my account! I've sent 2 msg's to the info email address with no response!!

If your Windy Premium isn’t restoring, make sure you’re logging in with the same Windy account you used during purchase.
Also double-check that you’re entering the exact Order Reference code from FastSpring (format: WINDYxxxxxx-xxxx-xxxxx).
If the code still fails, contact Windy support — they can manually verify the order and link it to your account. -
How can I transfer my premium rights to another computer or to more than one?

Dear Support Team,
I use the Android app and Alipay. The payment was successful, but my account has not been activated.
I am not sure if I entered the correct email address at the time of purchase, because I did not receive any emails regarding the transaction.
In the Alipay payment interface, I cannot find the subscription Transaction code you mentioned.
