      If your Windy Premium isn’t restoring, make sure you’re logging in with the same Windy account you used during purchase.
      Also double-check that you’re entering the exact Order Reference code from FastSpring (format: WINDYxxxxxx-xxxx-xxxxx).
      If the code still fails, contact Windy support — they can manually verify the order and link it to your account.

            Dear Support Team,
            I use the Android app and Alipay. The payment was successful, but my account has not been activated.
            I am not sure if I entered the correct email address at the time of purchase, because I did not receive any emails regarding the transaction.
            In the Alipay payment interface, I cannot find the subscription Transaction code you mentioned.
            Could you please resend the subscription Transaction code to my email address 121507768@qq.com so that I can activate my account?

                  Oui bien sûr. Il suffit que vous vous connectiez avec les mêmes identifiants, e-mail et mot de passe, que ceux que vous utilisez sur votre ordinateur.

                    Mon compte est programmé pour être renouvelé le 3 mai.
                    Est-ce pour cette raison que le site ne se colorise pas et affiche toujours Premium en diagonale?

                      S’il doit être renouvelé le 3 mai, vous devriez encore bénéficier des avantages Premium aujourd’hui 1er Mai.
                      Mais c’est probablement parce que votre connection sur Windy est interrompue et que vous avez simplement besoin de vous reconnecter.

                        Jeg har nu haft abonnementet i over 1 år. I trækker betalingen automatisk hvert år.
                        Men jeg kan stadigvæk ikke logge mig på.
                        Der er ikke nogen steder, jeg kan skrive ordrenummer eller, hvad I kalder det.
                        Sp jeg vil meget gerne få en vejledning. Ellers må jeg afvise betalingen
