How to recover your Windy Premium (FastSpring)

Bonjour, l’application mobile avec un logo bleu n’a strictement rien à voir avec le site et l’application Windy qui présentent un logo rouge. Ils n’ont que le nom en commun.
Puisque vous avez souscrit à Premium et que vous en bénéficiez sur note telephone, il vous suffit de vous connecter sur votre ordinateur avec les mêmes identifiants, e-mail et mot de passe. -

Why do you need a download link for your PC? You just need to connect windy.com. And then log in with the same account credentials. -
@Debbie-Bebington Hi, as @idefix37 said, we don't offer any desktop app, that can be installed on your computer. We provide a web app, that can be accessed in a browser, or mobile app on Android and iOS devices.

I can't enter the Windy code on Iphone 13 because it doesn't show the right window. Apple inform that it wasn't bougt via Apple Store.

The manual was very helpful. However, one thing should be made clearer. I signed up using the browser on a mobile phone, not the app store. Eventually I realized that I needed to follow the “desktop” instructions.

I bought a subscription but when i try to restore it the way described, it says that (automated translation)„ We didn't find any purchases that could be restored. All purchases are linked to your Apple account. Make sure you are trying to restore your purchases on a device with the same Apple account with which you purchased your subscription.“
I purchased the subscription on the very same IPad that i am trying to restore on.
What can i do? -

Nevermind, i was able to restore the purchase on a different device. -
I just wanted to let you know I canceled my subscription due to the most recent update being total crap.

Good evening, it looks like if I have now two supscription, with the first one that I have for years now through Apple it was impossible to get the premium, then this morning I bought a new license on my laptop at 29€.This one orks on my laptop in premium, but the other mobile devices such as my ipad and iphone use the Apple previous license then cannot have access to premium. Hi @jlf, I checked your account and purchase. Your account under this email is connected to a subscription from Fastspring, purchased yesterday.
So if you have any other account with Premium subscription, it is not under this email and I would recommend checking user info in app under that account.
