How to recover your Windy Premium (FastSpring)

Hi @jlf, I checked your account and purchase. Your account under this email is connected to a subscription from Fastspring, purchased yesterday.
So if you have any other account with Premium subscription, it is not under this email and I would recommend checking user info in app under that account.

@talasa @Lijinxiang Do you both have the offline issue, after you restored the purchase? Can you please provide us with the used DNS server and the network tab from your dev console in browser? If you need any help with getting this info, please let me know here.

I bought a subscription thinking it will create an account along it. But it does not. So I created an account after I paid. But then I could not see the subscription activated. I almost contacted user support but then I noticed a tiny footnote in my mail so I was able to fix it.... but honestly this user flow is soo lame! Please improve UX soon.

After clicking the restore purchases button the next page is that allows me to put in the windy reference number is not coming up .All that I am getting is
‘We cannot find any purchases to restore” -

@Korina Similar to others, i bought the premium subscription on windows, understanding that it would work on all devices. But when i try to access on the iphone device app, i cannot link the order number.
Is there any way to link a windows purchase to an iphone app? If not, it would have been good to make this clearer in the subscription information and not say the subscription works on every device.

You are Premium. So, now on the iPhone you just need to log in with the same account credentials as on Windows. No need to use again the order number -
@idefix37 Thanks - it was not so clear how to reach the login button from the iphone app - but have now found it.
