@Korina ho fatto abbonamento a Premium un anno fa, ma non sono mai riuscito a consultarlo. Se avessi saputo di queste difficili procedure, non lo avrei fatto, pertanto non procedere al rinnovo!

I have checked my credit card and have definitely paid for the Premium subscription but have not have access. I have also looked for an email and have not received one from FastSpring.

@Lawrie-Versace You will need to restore your purchase by following the steps below on your Android device:
- Open the Windy.com app and log in with your account
- Open the subscription offer and click on “restore purchases.”
This action should assign the Premium to your account, and you can use it across your devices.

Thanks but when I do that I get this message -If you're having problems with your subscription and have paid via FastSpring, you can restore the purchase using the order reference. The reference looks like WINDY123456-1234-12345 and can be found in e-mails from FastSpring.

.... & I never received an email nor a reference number. (& I did check my spam folders).

@Lawrie-Versace If you have working Premium on your Android phone, you only need to login with same credentials on other platforms. There is no need to restore the purchase again.

I am being told on the Windy site, to ask FastSpring for a Refund. I have double payed for my Subscription with Google Pay, and FastSpring. I am fucking over it.
Can Windy sort this shit out.
It should not be me spending heaps of time trying to rectify this.

Besides that, you made a purchase of another Premium via Fastspring. If you want to renew your Premium, please visit your Google Play account and renew there. If you agree and this is possible for you, I would also refund your payment on Fastspring. Please let me know.
