Hello, je suis français, je viens de me réabonner avec succès, voir pièce jointe
et je me suis rendu compte qu’apparemment je paye 2 fois l’abonnement. J’ai supprimé un compte. Est-ce que vous pouvez me confirmer qu’il me reste un compte actif avec mon nouveau moyen de paiement svp. Merci d’avavance. Loïs Le Du

Below is a simple manual on how to restore your Windy Premium subscription purchased on a desktop or in a mobile browser.
Please follow these steps:
1. Go to the desktop/mobile browser and log in with your Windy account
2. Open the subscription offer window (e.g. click on the 1h forecast button in the detail of a certain location)
3. Click on 'Restore purchases'
3. On the next page, insert the subscription Order Reference code, which you will find in your mailbox. The format is WINDYxxxxxx-xxxx-xxxxx.
If this results in an error, contact us at support@windy.com, and please prepare your Order Reference ID, which is stated in the order confirmation email, or your email associated with the purchase.
How to know your Windy Premium is active?
If you successfully linked your account with Premium, you will see the "Premium" badge on your profile.
How can I update the email associated with my account? I utilize the Windy app on my Android device, and it's linked to my Gmail. Is it possible to modify this in my recent purchase made today?

Bonjour, apparemment votre compte est actif et vous êtes abonné Premium comme le montre le badge à côté de votre nom d’utilisateur.
Vous devez donc bénéficier de tous les avantages premium. Est-ce bien le cas ? -

Hello, I have a problem with premium Windy. I bought the premium for the mobile version and by mistake I bought the premium for the desktop again and now it says on the desktop that I already have the paid version. hi, I paid for a premium account in the app through Google play and I still don't have a premium account active in the app, so I can't use the features.

I cannot access Premium because you have connected my account to the wrong email address - it should be k.spours@ucl.ac.uk and not ken.spours@googlemail.com.

@AWFREO You should be able to turn them on in the menu of the app. It depends on the device you use.

Bonjour, J'ai souscrit un abonnement avec une adresse mail mechantillac@gmail.com que j'ai supprimée. J'ai changé pour mechantillac@ecomail.fr (adresse enregistrée dans mon profil Windy). Mais je n'arrive pas à renouveler mon abonnement avec cette adresse. Comment faire ?
