      my account(nbqxzhuanye@qq.com) has tried upgrade the premium member, and the fee 29.99 dollar/year has been paid, but still can't load in with premium account. How can i do ? thank you!

        Hi @nbqxfwzx it looks like you already assigned your subscription to the account, according to the Premium badge next to your username.

          ok yes， we finished the payment at around 10:30， and then about three hours later we received the email which contain the order code. Now we can login with premium member，thank you very much！
