                it is rather annoying not to receive any answer about refunding policy. I mailed one week ago as following:

                Subject: withdraw

                Good morning, I would like to exercise my right to withdraw from my subscription and receive a refund, since I'm within the 14 days of the trail. I await your instructions on the procedure. Thank you, kindly

                  @paolo_atzori Hi, the refund is already processed. I am sorry about the delay in the response, but I was not able to find any email message on our end from that date.
