Turning off Auto Renew

Greetings,
According to the directions from Windy.com, I am suppossed to be able to manage my subscriptions. The manage my orders link in the Fastspring email has no URL attached to it and I cannot find anything about my subscriptions in my profile settings. I attached a thumbnail from the email referencing the link I am talking about. Please provide link or means for me to cancel the auto renew.
