Hi @RickLowe, I checked your email from your account and can't find any purchases in the history.

However, we don't have any lifetime subscription, so it is possible that is expired, or you could use a different email address.

@John-Salden It depends on the service you used for the purchase. Google Play and AppStore have their own subscription list, where you can check that. Fastspring (purchases in the browser) offers their own account management here.
