Hi @hqcc2023, unfortunately, this looks like the issue on the end of Fastspring, which processes the payment. I checked your email, and there was a message about the wrong PIN on the first attempt. But that is all I know, and you probably need to contact them for further info.
Also, they probably blocked you, since you tried that more than 10 times, so they considered that as a fraud attempt. It should be reset on March 31, 2023.
