why, on my windows 11 computer, the satellite image of windy displays a black screen please?

Hi @Itachi-Uchiwa does this work in different browsers (Chrome, Firefox)? Does this issue persist only in this visualization or in all options of satellite (BLUE, VISIBLE and INFRA+)?

@Ondřej-Šutera yes it does it to me all the time on any browser

@Itachi-Uchiwa Can you try that in an anonymous window? We are not able to replicate this at all.
Also I would recommend trying to turn on our Graphic compatibility mode:

@Ondřej-Šutera I put the graphic compatibility, the satellite image is visible at the beginning of the animation but everything else is black screen

@Itachi-Uchiwa I am afraid that this can be related to HW specifications of a certain device.

@Ondřej-Šutera my computer has been repaired since an after-sales service, but before I could see the satellite image of windy but now I see a black screen

@Itachi-Uchiwa Did that work on Windows 11 as well? Also, could you please test that in private/anonymous window of the Chrome browser please?

@Ondřej-Šutera yes on windows 11, and even in private browsing

@Itachi-Uchiwa I could recommend reinstalling the browser, but I am afraid that this is caused by a hardware issue with your laptop. I am sorry, but I don't know how to help with this.

@Ondřej-Šutera this can't be a problem with my computer, since before it worked well the satellite image

@Itachi-Uchiwa There has to be a problem with some addons or software you used then, there can be a collision with anything on your device that can cause this.
Since we don't have any other messages or info from anybody that there is a general issue with using this layer with Windows 11, we cannot do anything about this issue on your end. I hope this is understandable.
