<p dir="auto">Adding an option to view data with contours (like you already can with surface pressure/geopotential height/etc.), Would be very beneficial to me.</p>
<p dir="auto">I still regularly find myself using COD weather or Pivotal Weather because I can get more clear data visualization via contours on these sites.</p>

Color scale cannot be customised directly on android phone.<br />
But you can do it on PC and then your settings are automatically applied to your phone if you use the same account credentials.<br />
If you want to use this wind color scale, just let me know. I shall give you the code.</p>

<p dir="auto">Contours would be a solution as you explain.<br />
Another solution is to use a non-smoothed color scale. You can modify the color scale yourself.<br />
In Settings, see <em>Customize color scale</em> to get for example this map of wind:</p>
