paid twice

I paid twice for Premium - once direct on 29 March and then through the apple app store on 31 March. Can I either get a refund or can it be rolled into next year please?

Hi @Hugo-Ellis, I see that you have one subscription assigned to your account, and that second one is from AppStore. Unfortunately, you need to contact AppStore according to that refund since we don't have any control over their purchases.

@Hugo-Ellis Unfortunately, it is not possible to handle this, since you purchased those payments via different services. The only way now is to refund the purchase from AppStore.
