NOTAM's no longer work

For example:
https://www.windy.com/ESSA?59.652,16.820,8Click on the tab NOTAM
It shows "No NOTAMs found for this airport". But there are active NOTAMs.

Exact same bug seems to have appeared today.
Occurs both in the app and browser... -
