I tried to log in today and got a message that said missing credentials how do I fix that

The login indicates I have missing credentials I do not know what that means. I have correctly entered. My password and email.

Sometime I got the same message, even with right credentials, probably a bug. It was necessary to re-load the app to fix it. -

Not so much because it occurs when I am logged out, that is not often, and then I need to log in again.

I’m still getting this message when the iPad is off and I have to turn it back on. Even if I enter several time the credentials, at the end I need to delete the app and download it again from the AppStore. -
@idefix37 Do you mean when the device is off for a long time or after a restart for example?
