      I have just installed Windy 11.8.3. I already have Windy 38 Pro installed but can't log in to 11.8 with my existing account. Can I transfer my Pro account from V 38 to V 11.8.3 - or have missed something?

        @NickOg You are probably mixing two completely different apps together, but only the name is similar.

        We are Windy.com (with a red logo), and our subscription is called Windy Premium, not “Windy PRO.”

          Ah hah! So a Windy Pro is from different provider. Yes? That could well explain my problem. I will go check.
