    Can't update payment details for Premium

      Hi, I used a Hotmail account to buy a Premium subscription: I have two Hotmail accounts - call them HM1 and HM2.
      I got HM1 a long time ago, HM2 more recently. I initially used HM1 for a free Windy account and when I wanted to do Premium the message was 'that email address is already taken', so I used HM2 for the Premium subscription.
      For a reason I have never been able to get an answer to, with the HM1 account Spam goes in the Spam folder - fine - but with HM2, for no good reason Microsoft does not put Spam into Spam - it just deletes what it thinks is Spam and I never ever see it. I have tried changing every setting for HM2 but it makes zero difference.
      I need to renew my Premium subscription so I enter HM2 'to get the instructions' but of course Microsoft thinks it is spam and just deletes the email - so I never see the instructions. In my account I tried changing my email address from HM2 to HM1 but get the same message 'that email address is already taken' so I cannot change it.
      What can I do? I only have these two email addresses (and not going to get another email just for Windy - too much of a PITA)

        @tombrs-0 Hi, I found your account and subscription as well, but it would be better to solve it here in private messages since I need to know specific info and email addresses. I will send the message to you there.

              Hey, what specific steps should be taken to ensure that windy's email are not deleted by HM2's spam filter?
