        @Carlos-Alberto-Rossi I checked your account, and you purchased an annual subscription in April 2022, so this is an automatic payment, that you confirmed before. However, I see it wasn't successfully processed so you can probably cancel it in your Google Play.

            @fmuller I found your active subscription on Fastspring, which is active since 2021 and it is automatically renewed every April. Also, this subscription is connected to your account. Did you purchase any other subscriptions anywhere else?

              @Ondřej-Šutera Yes,i bought it for iphone about 2 weeks ago as it did not want to open premium on iphone and i was in a hurry to fly on 30 March.

                @fmuller Okay, I would recommend canceling the purchase on your iPhone and requesting a refund from them. More info on how to handle that is here.
