Is embedding a widget in a free app considered commercial use?

I'm currently developing an Android / iOS app that focusses on Northern Lights.
The app will have a free (no ads or revenue flow) and a paid version once it launches. I have embedded a Windy widget in the app with the primary goal to show what the clouds are doing. The embed is available in both versions of the app and presented 'as is' to the end users.

Now that I'm approaching the initial release I'm sorting out the licenses of 3rd party components.

Would the use case described above be allowed under the current terms of use for the embedded widgets (internal purposes, forwarded to users irregardless of having a paid version) or would it be considered commercial use and require an API license?

@tansarc Can you share any screenshots from your app, how Windy is implemented in your app? You can send these screenshots or recordings at support[@]windy.com.

We would like to consider your implementation, so we can clearly confirm your usecase or not.
