It could be due to the number of parameters you set for your alert. If you set the alert for Wind AND Temperature AND Rain AND Snow you have no chance to get an alert because all conditions must be applied at same time.<br />
Try with only one parameter, and save your setting at bottom of the Alert Panel.</p>
