Prices for premium in developing/poor countries

I understand that 18.99$ is not that much in the US or other developed countries, but here in Brazil it is almost 1/10 of the monthly minimum wage.
I'm interested in becoming a premium user, but I think it's too expansive, especially for prompt payment.
Do you have any different price policy? Or that's the same US dollar price for the entire world?

@Bombardelli Unfortunately, we provide only one pricing that can be only affected by taxes in a certain country, however, this change is handled only by the provider of the purchase, which is Google Play, AppStore, and Fastspring.
