I've found another data source. Here is the data for the app called "中国雷电". This app provides lightning observation data from CMA ground stations and FY-4 satellites. It also provides lightning prediction in China.

The app is jointly operated by CMA and Huafeng Company, so I'm not sure if the data is completely open for use. -
