Cannot use my premium account on the website

Hello,
i've a premium account for the iOS App, but i cannot use my premium abonnement on the website. I've the same email address for my apple id and for windy web.
I've already written a mail to the support email, but no one answered my mail.

Hi, I found your account under email address m****@gas***ne.de and there is no Premium account. Also I cannot find any email from you in our inbox. If you are using different email address, please let me know here in direct messages or at support[@]windy.com -
