Radiosonde skew-T charts skew dry adiabatics to the right

The radiosonde skew T-charts for 2023-04-23 00:00AM for both Penang and Singapore look really weird. Kuala Lumpur, OTOH, looks alright. See below.

@Ondřej-Šutera, this one, at Penang, has the temperature and dewpoint profiles bending right, BUT not the dry adiabatics, so probably a NEW BUG.

@Ondřej-Šutera, here's a new bug in the Radiosonde. Doesn't look like a proper ascent at all. For one, no data btwn 1000hPa and 600hPa.

And the wind directions below 400hPa are for sure wrong. They should not be easterly winds but westerly down to 800hPa and then may southerly below that.
