Hi Windy staff. I have been troubleshooting why verification and alert emails don't get through to my bell.net address. Both flow OK to my work email address (not bell.net). Ruled out spam filters as the problem.

Some research turned up that bell.net and it's peer sympatatico.ca email servers only accept emails from other email servers offering valid security certificates. Could the Windy tech team please confirm if the Windy.com mail servers have valid security certificates supporting their SMTP exchanges?

      Thanks, Denis.

@dhyduk Hi, I checked your email address in your account and your verified email has the domain cibc.com.

Yes, that's my work address, which can receive the alerts and notification emails. I cannot change it to my personal bell.net account, because it is unverifiable - the verification emails never arrive there. This is where I am suspecting bell.net may not be accepting them if the windy SMTP server certificate is not valid. Could someone please confirm this?
