      I want to cancel my subscription, however I no longer have access to the phone that made the initial purchase as it was a work phone. I can also not cancel it on the desktop as I dont recieve the email after I put it in the Fastspring site.

        @WaiChipsealing Hi, I checked your subscription, and you made only a one-time purchase for a year without auto-renewal, so your subscription will be automatically canceled in September.
