Missing everything on Windy map!

We use windy Map through the paid API,
It appears that our map is missing everything that is marked in the picture below.
Does anyone know how we can fix it?
Is there a package, config, or code we are missing?
I am also unable to install or is some plugin being used?I thank you for all the feedback

The second is how can we use the plugin with windy? We can't find how it can be integrated ?

@Bahaa_Fadhil plugins are not offered in API as well for same reasons as in the second thread. Map API works as basic template for app, that should have its own functionality and purpose.
