We're having issues with renewing your subscription

Today I made a payment for my premium subscription but I still saw the message.
"Your account is already associated with an active Windy Premium, valid until May 17, 2023, 07:00 AM, purchased through FastSpring.We recommend you ask FastSpring for a refund for your newly purchased Windy Premium. Alternatively, you can assign it to a different account."
I click the button and fill the email but I do not see any email yet. Please respond on how can I solve it or the payment will be made for another year?

@uwinnaing I refunded and canceled your purchase from yesterday, since it was a duplicate, and it would be difficult to assign this new one to your account. Please try to access your subscription management here and change the payment method in your former subscription. It looks like there was an issue with your card, so it wasn't renewed automatically.

Hello I tried the subscription management and it redirected to add my email address to received the instruction. So far, I didn't receive any mail from Windy or FastSpring yet. I have checked all my inbox including spam folder. Can you please send me the instruction or reset my account to make payment.

@Ondřej-Šutera Yes definitely I am using it. I also try with other alternative emails but not instruction arrive yet.
