Every time I open my saved location (where I live) the temps are WAY off. Way too low. Is there a way to make sure my chosen location is correct? Or is there some other issue that is causing this problem?

If you don’t say which is your location or a nearby location, we can’t help you.
To be sure your location is correct, look at the map by zooming in.

@idefix37 I’m not going to announce here exactly where I live. The location does seem to be accurate. But the temps are too low by 10 to 15 degrees (F).

@idefix37 ok, at closer inspection, it looks like ALL of the temps on the map are off, again maybe 10 to 25 degrees F too low.

And what conclusions should Windy draw from your posts if you don't want to add more details nor a screenshot ?

@Sara-Miles-2 If you're talking about the map and not the point forecast, it might be that you accidentally chose another height to see the temperature of; if it's always 10 to 15 degrees F, it might be 900hPa or 850hPa.
