Unable to update email / payment details

My credit card expired but my W subscription had an old email address I no longer use. So I changed it but no notification arrived at the new email. I also attempted to update my credit card numbers but no email arrived to do that after I changed the address so my Premium subscription is still expired. Normally you access the account details and add a new card.

Hi @jsr, I changed your email address on the end of Fastspring, so you should be able to access your subscription management here, with email joh******63@outlook.com
