- Does Premium enhance the radar refresh rate? There are times when the new radar image is up to 9 minutes behind. There have been occasions when hail has been banging off my roof and on the radar it looks like I'm in the clear. Is this a usage or bandwidth phenomena?
- Are the forecasts on a world wide basis. ie. If I'm in France on vacation can I view the European forecasts? Will I have all the same features using the app on my phone? I like using a desk top computer with a big screen. I may take a laptop on vacation.
- What's all the whining about having features taken away from the free stuff and put into Premium? If you like it, buy it for crying out loud.

- No, radar offers only more historical options in the Premium. We take data from various providers, so it is possible that there is less images per hour for your location.
- Yes, we are doing our best to offer the most around the World and Europe has great coverage. However, we always provide forecast for certain location. Also, majority of functions and data are in our mobile app as well.

Planning an itinerary with an I pad .After selecting the road the elevation window does not appear and I can not keep going nor with an I pad nor with my phone .Utube only shows with a computer.Is there a bug .could you please help me to figure it out
